Every year we host Thanksgiving dinner. My husband is an amazing cook. Sadly, I am not. Therefore, I’m in charge of ambiance so I’ve been working on my Thanksgiving tablescape. I found these burlap placemats at Hobby Lobby which are perfect for the rustic look I’m going for! Add a little something extra to your table with these Hand Stamped Placemats!
I created some stencils out of adhesive vinyl.
Weed out the letters. Place the vinyl in the lower right hand corner of the placemat.
Be sure to place some craft paper or newspaper under the placemat before you start painting. The burlap is porous and you can get paint all over everything! Eek!
Once you have everything in place, begin painting the stencil.
Allow paint to dry completely. Slowly remove the vinyl.
Seriously. How cute are these?!
So easy and they look adorable!
