September is a big birthday month in our family.  I’m always looking for something different to send to my friends and family.  I’ve been lovin’ all the EOS printables so I figured I would come up with my own!  This Birthday Printable is quick and easy to put together!

The best part is you can totally add an EOS for fun or leave as is!  It’s cute either way!

Simply print on white cardstock and cut out!  If you’re adding the EOS, you will need to cut out a 1 inch circle to put it through the printable.  It looks like a dollop of extra icing on top!  PS – the pink one is Strawberry Sorbet!  How perfect is that?!  But honestly, you could use any and it would go with this printable!
