These Sunflower Marshmallows are the cutest and easiest thing you will ever make!

Have you seen those adorable ballerina marshmallows? That is what inspired these fun treats! I thought it would be cute as a fall centerpiece on a dessert table. You could easily change up the color of the candy melts and cupcake liners to make marshmallow bouquets of any sort!

I’m not a huge marshmallow fan but I do love me some s’mores!

What you need to make these Sunflower Marshmallows

  • Marshmallows (larger size)
  • Chocolate candy melts
  • Chocolate sprinkles
  • Paper straws
  • Cupcake liners

I used 3 cupcake liners to achieve a more vibrant yellow color. Fold the cupcake liners in half and make a tiny cut in the fold. Insert the straw with the marshmallow into the hole you created in the cupcake liners.

Begin by melting your chocolate candy melts according to package instruction. A good rule of thumb is 1 minute on 1/2 power and then stir. Continue to warm in 30 second increments at 1/2 power until completely melted.

Add marshmallows to the end of the paper straws. Gently dipped the marshmallows in the melted chocolate. Let excess chocolate drip off into bowl.

Then roll the chocolate covered marshmallow in chocolate sprinkles.

Continue the above process until you have as many chocolate covered marshmallows that you want for your party.

See! How easy is that?!

These are super easy and cute to display and let your guests create s’mores!

What kind of bouquet would you make with your chocolate dipped marshmallows? Share your ideas on our Facebook page!
