These Mothers Day Printable Gift Tags are hysterical and a great way to top off those gifts and packages for Mom!  Make as a gift tag or wine label!

It’s our first Freebie Friday since my hiatus and my sister made these adorable gift tags for Mothers Day!  Each one has a funny thank you to mom.

Can you tell she is in the toddler phase of parenting right now?!  LOL

She created the same tags as wine labels!  Grab Mom’s favorite bottle of wine, peel off the label and add this fun wine label as a thank you for everything she has done for you.

Each printable pack includes one page of the six individual tags and the 6 different wine labels.  I used the Cricut sticker paper for the wine label and it worked like a charm.  Simply download the file and print on either cardstock or sticker paper.
