Do you guys remember the episode of FRIENDS where Monica asks Phoebe for her grandmother’s chocolate chip cookie recipe for an engagement gift? But Phoebe’s apartment had burned down and all she had left was a cookie from that recipe in her freezer. Monica spends the majority of the episode trying to re-create this amazing cookie recipe by adding different ingredients to each batch. In the end we find out that Phoebe’s grandmother was using the Nestle Tollhouse recipe all along. That’s kinda of what this post reminds me of. We shall call this The One with all of the Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipes.
