Whip up your own Trick or Treat Bag for the kiddos with our free SVG cut file!
I used to have a cute little soft pumpkin treat bag for Reed when he was little. It was embroidered with his name on it and it was so cute. Sadly, he’s totally outgrown it and so has his candy stash! Last year I sent him around with a plastic Wal-mart bag because it was all I had. I was definitely not prepared for trick or treating. LOL He needed something bigger to use this year.

Begin by downloading the image file to your computer. Upload image into your cutting machine software. You will want to size your image to the size of your canvas bag. Send image to cut.
(Since we are working with iron on vinyl, don’t forget to mirror your image!)
This file will cut in 4 different layers. Weed the excess vinyl away from your image in each layer.
Heat up your EasyPress to 340 degrees and set the timer for 30 seconds. Once it reaches the desired heat, I used it to iron the wrinkles out of the canvas.
Start with the black iron on vinyl layer. Pre-heat the canvas for 5 seconds. Arrange your image on the bag and apply the EasyPress directly to the image. Start the timer.
Once timer ends, sit the EasyPress back in the cradle. Wait 15 seconds before warm peeling the liner away from the iron on vinyl.
You will repeat this process with each additional layer. The next layer to apply is the orange layer. You will need to carefully arrange the orange banner behind the black “treats” lettering.
Follow the same steps to apply the orange vinyl.
Next layer will be the purple layer. Again, follow the above steps for applying this layer to your canvas bag.
Lastly, you will apply the green layer to the bag.
I really love how this bag turned out!
No more plastic bags this year! Reed will be happy…
