I love s’mores!  But we don’t always have a campfire handy.  And to be honest, I don’t always like sitting around a campfire when it’s 90 degrees out after the sun has gone down.  I came up with an easy peasy way to feed that hunger by creating your own S’more Kabobs!  They are so yummy!!

All you need is 3 simple ingredients to make your own S’mores Kabobs – marshmallows, graham crackers and almond bark!

Begin by impaling your campfire marshmallows on paper straws.

Melt the almond bark per package instructions.  The length of time will vary depending on your microwave.

Have your 4 year old crush up a bunch of graham crackers in a freezer bag.  This allows them to get in on the fun!  Win win.

Finally, dip the marshmallows in chocolate and then roll them through the graham cracker crumbs.

Dip, roll, repeat.  Dip, roll, repeat.

How easy is that?!  They are delicious little snacks!

The only thing they are missing is that burnt marshmallow taste!  You could toast these over a sterno if you really wanted to get that flavor.
