Are you guys sick of pumpkin spice yet?  I’m not!  It’s my favorite fall flavor!  Ironically, I could care less about pumpkin pie.  When I saw these pumpkin spice marshmallows at the store, I knew I needed to create a fall treat that would hit the spot!  Let me set the scene for you.  It’s a crisp fall night and you are hanging out with the family around the campfire after a day of pumpkin picking.  You bust out 3 ingredients and everyone’s mouths begin to water.  These Pumpkin Spice S’mores are great for chilly autumn evenings around the fire pit with friends and family!

These toasty treats may be my new favorite version of the old classic.  I paired the pumpkin spice marshmallows with white chocolate and cinnamon graham crackers to give it that extra autumn kick of flavor!

You may have difficulty finding these locally.  They sold out pretty quick.  I ordered mine from Amazon.  Let me tell you.  These are also amazing in hot chocolate!

Ingredients for Pumpkin Spice S’mores

Ingredients:

Cinnamon graham crackers
White chocolate
Pumpkin spice marshmallows

Directions:

  1. Open graham crackers.  Break each cracker in half.  Set aside.
  2. Separate the squares of white chocolate.
  3. Roast marshmallows over an open fire using campfire tongs (or use a kitchen torch like we did).
  4. Place one square of white chocolate on one half of graham cracker.  Place marshmallows on chocolate and cover with the other half of the graham cracker.  Pull the campfire tongs out.

Seriously.  So delicious!  The cinnamon graham cracker really brings out the flavor of the pumpkin spice marshmallows.  It’s like magic in your mouth.  The kids loved these!  (The adults went crazy for them too!)
