Do you know what’s sad? It just dawned on me the other day that they no longer use chalkboards in most classrooms. Everything has been replaced by white boards and dry erase markers. One of my favorite smells in the whole world is chalk. It reminds me of school days and making friends. I vote we start a revolution to bring back the chalkboard! I used to love writing on the chalkboard when the teacher called you forward! Until that time, here are my favorite digital Back to School Chalkboard Fonts.

To download any of the above fonts, click on the name of the coordinating font listed below. It will take you to the free download page. Click download. Open the True Type Font (.ttf) file once downloaded to your computer. This will open a new box. Click install to add to your computer. Now you can open in Word, Photoshop, PicMonkey, etc – any program that utilizes fonts!
