This Chocolate Cobbler has a crisp outer layer with a gooey middle that melts in your mouth!
The Keeter Center is Branson’s #1 fine dining restaurant. If you’ve ever visited the area and have not eaten there, you are missing out. They are our only farm to table restaurant. All of the vegetables, meat and dairy are produced on the property which belongs to College of the Ozarks. Their menu changes with the season which means their desserts change as well. The first time I went there, I had the Chocolate Cobbler and it was to die for! It’s mouthwatering, rich, gooey yumminess is something I crave but the next time we went it was gone! I begged my husband to try to re-create this masterpiece and he did! I promise this dessert will not disappoint!
It’s made in two layers – the brownie layer and the top sugar shell. But when the two meet in the heat, it creates a third chocolate fudge type layer that will blow you away! What separates this from being a brownie is there are no eggs. Honestly, I now prefer this to brownies any day!
