These Nordic Christmas Ornaments have a Scandinavian feel to them!
I have three different Christmas trees that I put up. One is the family tree. It has a collection of all the ornaments we’ve collected together over our 15 year relationship. The second is a rustic tree that I put in our breakfast nook. The third is my ski chalet tree. These ornaments will look great on that tree!

Materials needed for Nordic Christmas Ornaments
Cricut Explore or Maker
Iron on vinyl
Light grip mat
Basic tool set
Transfer tape
Fine point blade
Birch ornaments
Cricut EasyPress 2
Begin by downloading the images in the file at the bottom of this post. Upload those images into Design Space. Size the image to fit your birch ornament. Select the entire image and click “attach”. Send image to cut.
Since we are working with iron on vinyl, be sure you mirror your image!
Weed away any excess vinyl. I am continually amazed by how small this machine can cut. To give you an idea my images are all sized to 2.5 inches to fit on the ornaments. That is some tiny cuts, folks!
Place the weeded image on the wood ornament, shiny side up.
Pre-heat your EasyPress 2 to 300 degrees for 40 seconds. I do pre-warm the wood for about 5-10 seconds before the image.
Place EasyPress directly on top of iron on liner. Start timer. Remove and place in cradle when timer alerts. Carefully peel the liner away from the image. If the image is not sticking, try applying heat again.
To finish them off, I added a small plaid bow. I cannot wait to add these to my tree!
