Hydrangeas are my favorite flower.  They are so beautiful!  In fact, I am going to plant three bushes beneath our bedroom window because I would love to wake up and see them outside.  This Spring Hydrangea Wreath is simple and classy!  It’s sure to put you in the spring spirit!

This wreath is too easy!  All you need is a grapevine wreath, silk hydrangeas and a wooden monogram.

Begin by deciding the placement of your hydrangeas.  Detach the flowers from the stem.  Set aside the stem to use the greenery later.  Hot glue the flowers into place.

Add some greenery to the outside edges of the where the hydrangeas are attached.  I used the leaves from the stem of the hydrangeas.  Hot glue into place.

Finally, I added the wooden monogram at the bottom right edge of the wreath.  Again, hot glue into place.

 Isn’t it gorgeous?!

I just love how it turned out and I can’t wait to put it up out front!
