Nighttime Diffuser Recipe Essential Oils

Hello friends! I hope you are having an enjoyable summer! I am amazed at how quickly it is flying by. The end of July is upon us. I want to talk about one of my favorite things today . . . my essential oils diffuser! This is an important part of our nighttime routine. We use our diffuser every single night! Anytime we stay at a hotel . . .we take it with us. When we went on a cruise in May. . .we took it with us. This is a non-negotiable item in the suitcase! It is very quiet to run and has a soft light that can be turned on and off. I always use distilled water in ours because we have very hard water in our area. I have alot of different oils that I enjoy diffusing, but there is one recipe that tends to be the go to at night. I want to share a nightime diffuser recipe for essential oils that we really enjoy!

 Here is the recipe:

I love the smell and it is very pleasant and relaxing to us.

Have a great evening! I hope this gives you an idea about an oil combination that you could use in a diffuser. Of course, you can choose to use any oils that are pleasing to you to make your own recipe. Here are a few other things you might be interested in . . .
