Did you guys really think I would leave you hanging?
{Get it, “hanging”? LOL}
I LOVE wreaths! So it should come as no surprise that I would have a new wreath to share with you this holiday season! This Poinsettia Christmas Wreath is super simple to make!
My inspiration for this beauty was the DIY Felt Poinsettia Pin from TidyMom! Cheryl shared these gorgeous felt poinsettia pins last year and when I saw them pop up on Pinterest, I knew I had to make something out of them! For the full tutorial, click here.
I modified the tutorial slightly for the smaller poinsettias. I only used the medium sized and small sized petals. The wreath itself is a Styrofoam wreath form wrapped in white yarn.
I love how clean and simple it is and the contrast of the red against the white! The centers of the poinsettias are acrylic jewels (just like the tutorial).
I totally need to make one for my winter coat! They are so simple and elegant!
I loved them so much, I made a poinsettia ornament for our Ornament Exchange!
Just add a little twine and attach to the back of the poinsettia with some hot glue!
Have you made your Christmas wreath yet?
