I have been on a HUGE cleaning kick this last week. Maybe it’s because I’m off for 12 days. Maybe it’s because it’s 70 degrees outside. I’m not exactly sure what it is but the spring cleaning bug has hit! We haven’t lived in this house for even a year yet. It’s amazing how much you accumulate in such a short period of time. We all take pride in our homes. After all, they are a reflection of us. You spend the majority of your time here! With all of the up keep of owning a home comes maintenance that you never would have thought of while renting. Every spring we have to check the window seals, check the irrigation system, re-mulch the flower beds, etc. Deep cleaning should probably be a year round event; however, it’s hard to keep up as a busy working mama! I know if I did a little at a time it wouldn’t seem so overwhelming. These ideas are great for a major cleaning job/overhaul or for keeping you caught up and on track throughout the year.
