I never used to be a fan of Chinese food. But several years ago, my husband took me to P.F. Chang’s while we were living in St. Louis. I remember him ordering the dumplings for our appetizer. The flavors were amazing! That was all it took to hook me.
Fast forward to the present. Now we live in southwest Missouri where you cannot get decent Chinese food. I was beyond thrilled when our local store began selling the P.F. Chang’s Home Menu® items in their freezer section! I can get delicious Chinese food anytime I want from the comfort of my own kitchen! P.F. Chang’s Home Menu® brings crisp, vibrant vegetables, bold sauces and aromas directly into your home.
These all new Signature Chicken and Pork Dumplings are based on the P.F. Chang’s Bistro recipes and co-developed by their founder, Philip Chiang. Inspired by traditional Chinese dumplings, these dumplings are made using quality pork shoulder and dark chicken meat to provide a high meat to vegetable ratio. And they taste amazing! The flavors will dance on your tongue!
The Chicken Dumplings pair well with the Mongolian Chicken. We add a teaspoon of sesame oil while cooking our dumplings to give it some added flavor! Add this Mai Tai Mocktail as the finishing touch!
