Sparkling Pineapple Lemonade

This Sparkling Pineapple Lemonade recipe tastes like the tropics and is sure to refresh you on a hot summer day!

Last week, I shared 20+ Kid Friendly Lemonade Recipes!  {If you missed them, click HERE!}   Lemonade is such a summer recipe and I love all of the different variations.  Believe it or not, drink concoctions are not outside my cooking skills.  I can mix a mean margarita, I just can’t cook a meal to save my life.  I promised I would be back to share my favorite lemonade recipe.  It combines two of my favorite flavors – lemon and pineapple – into one perfect lemonade recipe.  Not only is it super easy, you can make a lot of it for a party in no time!   This Lemonade is sure to be a crowd favorite for years to come!

All you need to create this refreshing summer drink is a large can of pineapple juice, sparkling white grape juice (I prefer the Welch’s but you could probably use an off brand if you wish) and a bottle of lemonade.  I used the Walmart Great Value lemonade because it tastes great!

Ingredients:

• 1 quart lemonade
• 1 quart pineapple juice
• 1/2 quart sparkling grape juice

Directions:

• In a large plastic container, mix 1 quart of lemonade and 1 quart of pineapple juice.  Stir together.
• Then add 1/2 quart sparkling white grape juice.
• If you want extra fizz, add some extra grape juice.

That’s it!  It’s so easy to make!

The pineapple juice really gives it a tropical taste and sets this recipe apart from others I have tried!  The best part is the fizz from the sparkling white grape juice.  The kids love it!  I love that I can whip up a huge batch of this for summer get togethers and cookouts to accommodate large groups.  It keeps pretty well for about 1 day in the fridge without losing the fizz.  But my guess is it will be such a hit that there will be none left for the next day!

Variation:  Add a little Malibu rum for an adult summer drink!
