Did your kids get Lego Dimensions for Christmas? It is probably the most fun video game ever. Imagine Gandalf the Grey and Wyldstyle fighting the Wicked Witch of the West in Oz. Or Batman taking on Mr. Burns from Springfield. It’s magical. The game actually involves building and rebuilding characters and vehicles. Needless to say, the mess was getting a little out of hand. I came up with this simple Lego Dimensions Storage Idea to help organize some of the clutter!
I bought one of those unfinished milk crates from Michaels. The pockets just happen to be the perfect size for those Lego figures!
I grabbed some Caribbean Blue Maxx Gloss that I had leftover in my craft closet. It just happens to be the color of the game pad!
Unlike the smaller milk crates, the dividers in this one are glued down. I started by painting the corners and then the rest of the inside of each pocket…
…times 24!!
After the pockets are finished, you will want to paint the edges of the crate. It really is that simple.
I love how it turned out! And I love that it can all be stored in one simple place now!
