DIY Emoji Drink Tags

These Emoji Drink Tags are a cute addition to wine glasses for your next party!

What’s more trendy than emojis? Nothing, I tell you. Emojis are everywhere! And now they can adorn your wine glass.

Make your own DIY Emoji Drink Tags!

Bottlecaps
Emoji stickers (make sure these are the same size as your bottlecaps)
Hoop earrings
Mod Podge Dimensional Magic (clear)
Needlenose pliers

Take note that the bottlecaps have a hole in the side. Make sure that hole is the “top” of your drink tag.

Begin adding the stickers to the center of the bottlecaps.

To seal the sticker in place, add a glob of dimensional magic on top of the sticker in the middle of the bottlecap.

Gently rock the bottlecap from side to side to distribute the dimensional magic over the entire center of the bottlecap. The sticker should look hazy.

Continue this process until all of the bottlecaps have a thin layer of dimensional magic.

Allow dimensional magic to dry. This will take about 3 hours (maybe longer depending on how much you used).

Once dry you will want to attach the hoop earrings through the holes at the top of the drink tag.

Using the needle nose pliers, twist the end of the earring so it does not poke anyone.

And that’s it! How cute are those?! Plus, it’s fun to see which tag your friends pick out for their glasses.

The dimensional magic acts as a sealant and is washable. So if anything gets spilled on them, simply wipe them down with a wet soapy washcloth and dry. No damage to the wine tag!

Disclaimer: I would NOT put these in the dishwasher or submerge in dish water.
