You all know my love of Oreos. They have a way of sneaking into desserts like my Candy Dipped Oreos. When they announced the arrival of the mini mint Oreo, I knew I needed to make some fun St. Paddy’s Day themed treat! These White Chocolate Covered Mini Mint Oreos taste like Thin Mints and are absolutely scrumptious!
I mean, come on! Who doesn’t love mint and chocolate together?
These tiny mint chocolate-y morsels are super easy to whip up! All you need is white chocolate almond bark and a box of Mini Mint Oreos. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave according to package instructions. Dip the oreos in white chocolate and lay out on wax paper to dry. Sprinkle with green and white non-pariels for a fun St. Patrick’s Day treat! Store in an air tight container.
