Hand Dipped Vanilla Wafers

Our creamy buttercream icing is perfect for dipping!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of confectioner sugar
  • 1 stick of unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 tbsp of milk
  • Food coloring optional

Instructions

  1. Cream together confectioner sugar and butter until smooth.
  2. Add 1 tsp of vanilla.
  3. Slowly add 5 tbsp of milk.
  4. Add food coloring as desired.
  5. Mix on low to medium setting for 5 minutes or until stiff.
  6. Dip vanilla wafers in icing.  Add sprinkles.
