I’m always looking for easy handmade gift ideas for the holidays. Who knows when an unexpected guest may show up? Or an impromptu holiday gathering may come together? These Snowflake Stamped Coasters make a great hostess gift for the holidays! It will take longer for the paint to dry than it will for you to make them!

Materials needed to make Snowflake Stamped Coasters
Black slate coasters
White acrylic craft paint
Paintbrush
Snowflake stamp
The only things you need for this project are coasters, a rubber stamp, white acrylic paint and a paintbrush.
I got these black slate coasters at Michaels. They are a ceramic chalkboard material and are therefore covered in dusty debris. Dust the coasters off before stamping with the craft paint.
Paint a thin layer of white paint on the rubber stamp. Be sure to cover all of the stamp.
Place the coaster face down on top of the paint covered rubber stamp.
Push the coaster into the stamp. Be careful not so shift the coaster or it will smear.
Carefully lift the coaster off the stamp. Turn the coaster over and allow to dry. After it dries completely, you can touch up any ares that are not fully stamped using a thin paintbrush.
Repeat the above process for all of the coasters in the set.
These coasters will make a great gift for co-workers or as a hostess gift! Tie them up with bakers twine or ribbon!
