Christmas Front Porch Decor

Christmas Front Porch Decor is always a challenge for me!  Every year, I decorate the front porch for Christmas and every year I hate it.  It never turns out how I envision it.  This year, I am happy to report, the Christmas Front Porch Decor turned out FABULOUS!  {Thanks to my mother in law!}

My in laws were in town last weekend to celebrate Thanksgiving.  God has blessed me with a mother in law who adores Christmas just as much as I do!  On Saturday, while my husband was dressing the turkey, we headed to Michael’s to do a little Christmas shopping.

The pair of pre-lit trees on each side of the door, we found for $20 (once you factored in my 50% off coupon!)  I also got the nine foot pre-lit garland at Michael’s.

I wanted to spruce up the trees and garland with these beautiful, glittery floral picks.  I just adore the gold and green with the holly berries!

But, it was missing something.  That was when I remembered Jessica from Mom4Real had a tutorial for Glitter Filled Glass Ornaments.  {Head over and check out her super easy tutorial!} Perfect!  We sat down and whipped up 24 ornaments in about 30 minutes!

I filled in the holes with my new ornaments and it could not look prettier!

 Aren’t the ornaments beautiful?  Love that they don’t get glitter everywhere!

The wreath is a Martha Stewart Christmas wreath from Home Depot that I got last year.  One of the only wreaths I have EVER paid for but it was too perfect to pass up!

And look how pretty my Christmas Front Porch Decor looks at night!

What do you think?  Does it need something more?

Do you have your outside decorations up?
