Hello sweet friends! I am Cheryl and I live over at That’s What Che Said…I am an off duty Chemical Engineer who hung up my analytic hat to let the creative side of my brain work for a bit! I am the lucky mom of three boys, the last I just had this past July so I am basking in baby smell at the moment! I am happy to be here today to share this fun Reindeer Wreath with you all! (Say Reindeer Wreath three times fast…I dare ya! {wink})
Supplies needed:
Wreath form (mine is 18”)
Jute Ribbon (I used approx. 7 yards)
Green 1.5” ribbon
Large Jingle Bell
Red Ball Ornament
Decorative Floral Sprays (4)
Hot Glue/Glue Sticks
Scissors
Thread
I started off by wrapping my wreath form with my Jute Ribbon. I used approximately 7 yards on my 18” wreath form. It came in rolls at Hobby Lobby that were 3 yards each. Hot glue the ending tail so it stays put.
Let’s talk about these awesome curly floral sprays I picked up at Hobby Lobby for 50% off! I used 4, two on each side for antlers! They are curly and fun and I love them.
They are like sequence with wire in them! I just love them…trying to figure out more places to put them (they came in different colors!)
I just stuck the stems through the jute and wreath form and trimmed off the excess.
Finally I tied a giant bow with my green ribbon and I made sure to loop the bow through a giant jingle bell! Like he is wearing the bow as a bow tie! Secure with hot glue. I strung the plastic ball ornament with thread and hung so that it looks like it’s his nose.
Then you can add a loop of ribbon to the back to hang!
I love it, my boys love it and I hope you do too! I host a 25 Days of Christmas Series over at my place, starting the day after Thanksgiving! I’d love to have you hop over! 25 Christmas Posts in 25 Days! Like this cute Rudolph Ornament!
Or maybe you need a handmade gift idea like these fabulous Photo Frame Luminaries! These are still one of my most favorite projects and gifts to give!
Thanks for crafting with me today! Thanks to my sweet Jilly Bean for having me over here today! I just adore her!
