Ever since the fall decorations started popping up in the stores, I can’t think of anything else! Fall is one of my favorite times of the year! The changing colors and crisp air make me wanna wrap up in a warm sweater and drink apple cider! So you will have to forgive me for being unable to stop myself from sharing my Raffia Wrapped Fall Wreath. I know it’s early but I’m ready!
Wanna make your own Raffia Wrapped Fall Wreath?
Here’s what you need:
Raffia {red and wheat}
Foam wreath form
Hot glue gun
Fall silk flowers
Wrap one quarter of the wreath in one color. Because the raffia comes in 2 foot strips, the wrapping will take some time. Wrap and glue, wrap and glue. {Don’t burn your fingers. It hurts!}
After you have wrapped a quarter of the wreath with the red, wrap the remaining part with the wheat color.
Here’s my messy pic! hee hee
Once the wreath is covered with raffia, hot glue your flowers to the red part.
I love how this turned out! The raffia reminds me a corn husks. It is such an inviting and cozy little wreath, don’t you think?
Have you started decorating for fall yet? Am I too early?
I’d LOVE for you to pin this image!
