What is one thing you need at any cookout or summer party? A cooler! I mean, I love an Igloo cooler as much as the next girl, but sometimes you have to gussy it up a bit. Am I right? I came across this adorable red galvanized metal tub and turned it into this Personalized Vinyl Drink Cooler in under five minutes!
I found this little beauty at BB&B {Bed, Bath and Beyond}. She holds a 22lb bag of ice. And since I was going with a red and white theme, bottle of Coca-cola seemed appropriate.
I used my die cut machine to cut out the lettering and the stars. Don’t worry if you don’t own the fancy machine. The lettering is totally optional! And you can cut out the stars by hand! Reed helped me apply the vinyl stars to the tub. He loves to use the scraper to transfer it from the transfer paper onto the project.
He did a good job! I love that he is old enough to help me with some of this stuff now!
My Personalized Vinyl Drink Cooler is going to see tons of action this summer! I love how cute and simple it is!
Maybe I should dress up the Igloo cooler for the float trip! {the wheels have started turning…}
